CONCORD — Gov. John Lynch vetoed a bill legalizing the use of medical marijuana today saying that while he agrees with the goal generally he believed the bill was poorly written.

CONCORD — Gov. John Lynch will nominate his legal counsel, Michael Delaney, to serve as the state’s next Attorney General at the Executive Council meeting next week.
